Refund Policy

At Mock Matrix Hub, we strive to provide the best mock test experience. However, since our services are digital and provide instant access to content, we follow a strict refund policy:

  • Digital Content: Once premium access is granted to your account, the subscription is non-refundable.
  • Failed Activation: If you have paid but access has not been granted within 24 hours, please contact us. If we are unable to activate your account, a full refund will be initiated.
  • Timeline: For all valid refund requests, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions cannot be cancelled or paused once the validity period has started. Your premium access will automatically expire at the end of the 1-year validity period, and no further action is required from the user side.

I paid the fee but my account is still not Premium. What do I do?

Manual verification can take 1-6 hours. If it's been longer than 24 hours, please contact our support bot with your UTR number and registered email.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the mock tests?

We recommend exploring our free live tests before purchasing, as we do not offer refunds once the premium features are unlocked.

Where will I receive my refund?

The refund is always processed back to the same UPI/Bank account you used to make the payment.
